Hi I just came from the Popeyes in broad Street in Elizabeth nj. On broad Street. This why I don't eat out. I ask for fries and... shrimps the Indian lady act like she did not understand. Since she did not understand. I just ask for fries. I look in the bagthe fries was just dump in the bag. No plastic bag like they have in other Popeyes. Never will I return. I did not get my moneyback was only $3. 73 cents wasn't worth it. Probably wasn't going to give me the money back. And this lady came in barely knewhow to speak English. The staff laugh. Amazing hot food, crispy fried chicken and fries. The workers were all very understanding and very nice. The workers are so... smart and they were not being cheap with sauces, napkins, spoons, and overall the best chicken I've ever had. Reminds me of honesweet home. Good place for a quick bite. Good food nice n fresh place kept real clean. The parking is great, and yes they have handicap... access parking. Right off off Edger Road north bound side to travel east toward your destination. Service with a smile, not abad place for fast food. Read more

Earlier today sep 22 2022, a bit after 12pm: absolute rudeness and utter carelessness to the customer. I couldn't believe it. 4... men, 3 inside the kitchen area and 1 dressed in grey behind the registers all ignore me. I work in retail as well, so I gave thebenefit of the doubt and assumed they're busy and thought I'd give them a minute to sort what they have to and at least one ofthem would step up to take my order. But that did not happen, they just left me there and the gentleman in gray walked to thekitchen area and continued to chat with the rest. They all saw me and made eye contact, but just continued to ignore me. At thatpoint I decided I'll just leave, I don't want to spend money here. As I was starting to walk, they looked at me, so I turnedaround and asked "why are you ignoring me?" They turned back around and continued to talk to each other. So I repeated thequestion again. One of then came towards the register and said "are you picking up?" I said no, I wanted to place and order, butwhy am I being ignored?" He answered "no order, okay, bye" I was disgusted and will never return here. People always ruin a goodthing. I work in the area and I eat here 3-4 times a week. They have too much business I guess.
