The food was fine as normal. However, two things really make me not want to return. First, the service needs to be improved. I... don't need to treated like a king but perhaps a person? Namely, when I click the button to tell you that I've been waiting 40minutes for my mobile order that I checked in for, please let me tell you that instead of just telling me I must order throughthe drive through and hanging up. Second, the system needs to be improved. Please allow me to order past 10pm on the app andmake sure the system inside properly alerts the staff that I have checked in so I'm not waiting 40 minutes. This is based uponthe reasoning the worker gave me. I am choosing to believe her instead of believing that Sonic only hires lazy, incompetentpeople. Read more

This was not the best experience ever. I was disappointed. It was my very FIRST time to sonic ever. My friend and I made 2... separate orders in the drive through. When we got to the window to check the food the woman rushed us and said pull to the side.She raised her voice and was rushing us before we even opened the bag. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was themanager. We pulled over and went inside because I wanted to know why she was raising her voice. I also went inside to see ifthey were staffed. THEY WERENT. This changed everything. At first i was mad she treated us like that, but when I seen theyweren't staffed it changed. I was angry with the company. I know what it's like to be extremely limited in staff. It doesn'tmake how she spoke to us right, but I understand the mentality she had I. The moment. Corporate needs to find a way to get thema little bit more staffed to deal with lines. Her being understaffed and overloaded messed up my first sonic experience. Atmosphere is that of a busy truck stop, because it's next to one. The staff is great considering the location and how busy they... get. I would put more stars for food however I got a really sad chicken sandwich from them recently. Probably a one timeoccurrence and I'll update my stars if so. It's expensive but so is everything now. Incompetent kid serves at drive through cant take order with patience. Food taste like trash with the attitude. If not ready for... a job then don?t do the job. Company wasting money on ADs, better use that money on training the employees. I?ll never go tothis place and avoid the brand. Read more
The service here is horrific. The lady took forever to take my order and was super impatient. My buddy tried to order food for... himself and she sighs deeply and says ? Can you let the driver speak.? This is insanity? and to top it off i ordered 3 fullMEALS and gave her the drink choices for all of them and she didn?t even put the third drink it or the side, only gave us thenuggets. The ignorance of the drive thru cashier is just sad. I?m ordering specifically what my son didn?t want on his cheeseburger. The... drive thru cashier couldn?t hear or was just plain ?non-hearing?. Then I guess it was supervisor, they did the same thing. If Iwould have stay and completed my order, I would be filing a lawsuit if harm would have been brought to my son.
