This particular location burgers were a nice size and the bacon was cooked to perfection. Fries were nice and hot as well.
It?s a very good restaurant with a cosy ambient. Very familiar and a good food.
Dine in service is th worst. Poor management of the drive through vs dine in? so the customers waiting to order dine in must... wait for such a long time! Also they serve old chicken, the spicy or crispy is NEVER fresh? like they make a bunch in themorning and it sits there all day. Even the fries are old? Visited yesterday and the food was hot, fresh and the order was accurate. Everything was clean. The soda machines were a bit of... an issue. One worked, the other didn?t. Staff however, could use a bit more training in terms of customer service and demeanor.This store is wheelchair accessible, has a great layout and clean bathroom stalls. It was a hot day so stopped in to get something to drink. Took a few minutes before a cashier tended to me. I witnessed an Uber... Driver picking up an order that he himself had to fill the drink order. It was NOT busy at the moment. While a few were working,those closest to the counter, we're hanging out chatting nonsense. I have worked in multiple fast food places. What I saw wouldbe a big no-no in every place I have worked. You are on the clock, there's always some thing to do. Very, very rarely thereisn't. Read more
