The worst experience ever. The restaurant wasn't clean trash on the floor, kids running all over the restaurant while patrons... are trying to eat. They were out of boneless wings when it was all you can for 12.99 but they said it was over, just saw thecommercial. How are you out of lemonade? Not to mention no beef for the tacos. I mean really. No sour cream or bacon on myloaded potatoes. The worse experience ever I will never eat here again. I would rather stay home and eat peanut butter andjelly then ever give them my money... Read more
I would like to start my saying whenever I come i have to avoid a server that has multiple complaints against him. But today... takes the cake, my brother ordered the Four cheese mac and cheese with maple chicken tenders. The chicken tenders where good and matched the description on the menu. The pasta on the other hand did not match the description at all. The pasta wasbasically penne noddles with Alfredo sauce. Once we politely alerted the manager she claimed that since he ate the chicken shecould only discount it but for the replacement we would have to pay full price. This would be fine but they had already takenthe meal in question and our waitress had already told us we could receive a replacement meal which later the assistant managertook back and just walked off before finishing our conversation. If I could take back the one star I would it was zero out often customer service. Read more
Food is surprisingly decent as it has been a while since I ate at Applebee?s. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I enjoyed the... steamed broccoli as well as the garlic green beans (probably 2 of my favorite sides). The NY strip, although small, was aperfect medium-rare and tasty. Quite unusual to find outside of a good steakhouse?compliments to the chefs! Read more
The service is always hit or miss here. I have had it all - very bad, OK, good, great, and amazing. Most of the time it is good.... My food has rarely been overcooked but usually it is the steak that is overcooked. I usually stick to what I know here becausewhen I have ventured off what I know I like I have been disappointed. I have tried the ribs and they weren't even worthordering. The honey chicken was good. We used to order the sirloin but it tends to be overcooked now. The broccoli that we getwith it is perfect. I love the pretzels and beer cheese, honey bbq boneless wings, fries, breadsticks with alfredo sauce,chicken tenders, and molten lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Sometimes we do the To-Go orders and our order has never beenmessed up but sometimes the fries are a bit soggy. Make sure you ask for sauce, if you want any. We usually eat inside. Therestaurant itself is clean, the bathrooms are too. The music isn't too loud where I cannot hear my company talk. I have learnedwith places like this - average-priced chains - it is best that once you find something you like and enjoy, you should stickwith it overall. Read more
We ate on Sept 18, 2022. Our bill was around 112.00 We started getting multiple repeat charges on our credit card a few days... later for the same exact dollar amount. The restaurant blamed their credit card processor FREEDOM PAY. We got that fixed. Andthen a month later we got charged again, the same exact dollar amount and didn't eat there. We ate all trying to get our moneyback. Freedom pay is ignoring us and applebees said to file a dispute with our bank. I have a serious issue with applebeesall being able to charge my account with my information months after being at the restaurant. No one has fixed this, noreimbursements, no coupons, no apologies. This is a major privacy issue and I will not go to applebees anymore until this isfixed. Read more
