2022 October 24, Drive thru and mobile orders only! Dining room and playground are closed First impression was as follows,... Young ladies inside that work dinner hours are really good and professional. 2 days consecutively, the drive thru line was long,lot of cars and not moving very fast. On the 2nd day, we wanted to do drive thru but the line was too long, so ordered via app,went inside, picked up food from mobile online orders counter and it was not many people inside and the young ladies were fastand efficient. We ordered food inside as well and it seem like I got our food faster than others that were waiting in line. Oneof the young ladies went outside after she took my order and she closed the drive thru line a little after 9pm. A sign on thedoor said that they are open from 6:30am to 9pm. Read more
Don?t waste your time going here. Having moved here in March of 2021 we were looking forward to having one close to the house.... Every time we?ve been we?ve had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes plus and they?ve got our order wrong multiple times. Ithink they could screw up a glass of water. One of the worst that I?ve ever been to. **Update October 2022 - Just when I thoughtthey couldn?t suck anymore I stopped by for my wife to pick up 2 sweet teas and an ice cream cone. I went last night and I paid with cash. (8 /29/22 at 8:15 pm) The lady who took my order was nice and polite. The girls at the... window were rude. They gave me my name wrong. They didn't give me my change back. They talked amongst themselves the whole time(minus when they gave the wrong name). There were three girls at the window. When they gave me my food they didn't tell me byein anyway. It was honestly like I was at Bojangles or kfc instead of an establishment like Chick-fil-A. We were going to dine in but after seeing the mess all over the floors and tables we decided to take it to go. While in line we... watched as a family couldn't find a clean table even though every table but 2 were available. Never seen brown lettuce in wifesalad until this one. Threw over 3/4 away. Read more
Michelle, the director, is the most rude and unprofessional upper management personnel that I have ever met. My daughter ordered... food with money she had just earned doing odd jobs. She went to chic fila for breakfast. My daughter did not receive what shehad asked for. Michelle, told my daughter that she could not get a refund and had to keep what she had! To say that I was anunhappy mama bear, is an understatement. Michelle was not interested in listening to our issue, her only concerned was to let usknow that they had protective measures to ensure a mistake wasn?t made! After about 10 mins of hearing her yell over the phone,my daughter was guaranteed a refund only if the food was untouched! If i could give less than a star i would. 99% of the service is given to the huge lines in the double drive through. One cashier... for a full hour inside while we sat and counted 63 families come in and wait. One person taking orders. Our food was ordered 25minutes ago. Still waiting. Read more
Waited in line for 20 minutes and only 1 car in front of me. Ordered 8 piece grilled chicken and got 6 pieces. Fries not hot... and not up to standards of most Chick-fil-A's. Read more
