The food is always delicious. Using the tracker, I'm always able to pick up my order while the food is still hot and fresh. I... like the pizza and the pasta dishes most, but they are getting smaller portions. I have learned to stop ordering chicken as theportions have gotten too small (depending on what you across all stores, not just this location) for a large, hungry person withpoor portion control. Ordered online to pick up, as I am almost there they call to see if I picked up already. I pull up and go in to find out that... one of the drivers grabbed my pizza instead and they were having to remake it. Not good. My order was $14.74. Once the tax and delivery fee were added it was $20.58 BUT because the pizza itself was not $14.99 you... won't deliver?! I would have gladly given you folks the quarter difference for the pizza but because of that quarter I'mordering elsewhere from now on! THAT is crazy. So you lost a customer over a quarter.... Went in to pick up my order Pizza, Pasta and breadsticks. Was told that I was waiting on my pasta dish (5 min). Went to the... cooler to grab a drink and wait. Spent 5 minutes standing at the counter waiting for the counter person to come back to thecounter and ring me up. When I put the drinks behind the keyboard on the counter another employee asked if I wanted the drinksto which I replied no and went and sat down to wait another 3-4 minutes for my food.
