The food is always delicious. Using the tracker, I'm always able to pick up my order while the food is still hot and fresh. I... like the pizza and the pasta dishes most, but they are getting smaller portions. I have learned to stop ordering chicken as theportions have gotten too small (depending on what you across all stores, not just this location) for a large, hungry person withpoor portion control. Ordered online to pick up, as I am almost there they call to see if I picked up already. I pull up and go in to find out that... one of the drivers grabbed my pizza instead and they were having to remake it. Not good. My order was $14.74. Once the tax and delivery fee were added it was $20.58 BUT because the pizza itself was not $14.99 you... won't deliver?! I would have gladly given you folks the quarter difference for the pizza but because of that quarter I'mordering elsewhere from now on! THAT is crazy. So you lost a customer over a quarter.... They now have an automated system when you order. The option for specials included a two topping pizza and cinnamon twists for... 17.99. I chose that option and ordered pepperoni and Xtra cheese. Nothing else . When I got there the total was 22 something. Iasked why and the attendant said it looked like it charged me for one of the toppings. He said "I see where it says exactly whatyou ordered for 17.99 but it charged you for the topping. I asked if I still had to pay the 22 and he said yes. He said theywere still getting used to the automated system. I paid it and took my pizza, but I will not be back to Dominoes. I will stickwith the no. Chain places that care about quality and customer service. The attendant was nice and obviously had no way tochange it for me so I do not blame him. But that's ridiculous. Read more
Went in to pick up my order Pizza, Pasta and breadsticks. Was told that I was waiting on my pasta dish (5 min). Went to the... cooler to grab a drink and wait. Spent 5 minutes standing at the counter waiting for the counter person to come back to thecounter and ring me up. When I put the drinks behind the keyboard on the counter another employee asked if I wanted the drinksto which I replied no and went and sat down to wait another 3-4 minutes for my food.
