First time to eat at Firehouse Subs. Came in at dinner time - looked like the store was fully staffed, but only one person... available to take our order and she was on the phone with another customer about a catering order so we waited until employeewas off the phone. Once we placed our order we waited on our food for about 5 minutes, which was reasonable. My husband likedhis Spicy Cajun Chicken sub. I had the Brisket and Cheddar BBQ sub, which had too much sauce for me. I will probably give themanother try. My experience was good enough to give them a second chance, but there is work to be done. Can another employee stepin to take orders if there is one on the phone? There were several other customers waiting to place and pick up their orders.These issues could easily be addressed with good management. Read more
An A for effort! Placed order online, picked up at the online pickup shelves as you enter the restaurant, near the front door.... Personnel were occupied by a customer promoting his products, so only one young lady helped me a little when I was trying tomake sure I was pickin up the correct order. The receipt had the first 4 letters in a large font of the first name on the order,that made it a little challenging to recognize if it was mine or not. I looked at the ticket just now and the first name isspelled out at the top of the receipt in a smaller font. Read more

I Love the excellent customer service at Firehouse subs. On top of that, the Subs are made so great, You can taste the Love in... every bite. I Highly recommend eating there for every occasion!!. Make sure to get one of their fresh baked cookies !! Read more
The staff was wonderful and even though there wasn't much of a wait, they apologized. Very courteous, but I wasn't super... impressed with the quality of deli meat this location offers. I legitimately buy off brand roast beef that tastes far betterthan that in the sandwich. It was prepared well and again, great staff. But, sometimes, a bad cut of meat is just a bad cut ofmeat. Ordered a salad with NO turkey. I specified ham only. She repeated it back to me. And my poor little sub was a mess. Couldn't... even pick it up. Ate it with a fork. Won't be back for a while.... Read more
