Not sure if they were short staffed the afternoon we dropped in but.....they gave us our food, and then made us pull forward and... wait for drinks.....DRINKS! We waited 10 minutes for three fountain drinks. Then the lady at the cash register yelled at us fromthe door what were our drinks? Then brought them to the car half a**ed handed them to my husband and everything almost spilledall over him and the car. Your customer service sucks! Read more
Great clean restaurant they are slower than usual but your food is fresh and hot they can't keep employees or no one wants to... work!! Read more
I will not be revisiting this Hardee's location. Poor customer service, the chicken was cold, tough and hard. The cashier... continuously told me that they did not have any chicken specials when it was clearly displayed on a poster in the restaurantwindow. The apple pies I ordered were disgusting. Tasted like they were cooked in old grease or were a day old. I do notrecommend getting food from here. Read more
This used to be a good place to eat, since COVID the staff are in no hurry, the orders most of the time are wrong then you wait... again to get the correct food. This is the only Hardee's in this area, but worth my time to go back Read more
The staff doesn't seem to care as much I would say...they make the food and pass it along. But coming in the store one guy was... off (smelled like weed) and knocked over the kids bag (accident) and still hand it to drive thru. I couldn't see over thecounter if anything fell out but I think that's pretty unsanitary. Plus when you do walk in they don't acknowledge you rightaway they see you and walk away and after 5 minutes if you're still there they'll speak up. Read more
This restaurant is incredibly slow. You'll wait 45 minutes in the drive through and about 20 if you go inside. Not an... exaggeration. It's obvious that the employees are in no hurry to get your food to you. Also, check your order before you leave.I've received the wrong order repeatedly. The food is good when it's right but that's about the only good thing I can say aboutthis place. Read more
We placed order at the drive thru. When we payed for the order we were told to move away from the window and it will be brought... out. We waited for 20 minutes and watched the orders behind us being filled. The chicken ranch BLT was missing the ranch andtomato, and the fries were black. This was not the first time I had a bad experience. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Read more
