Wow. First time I had ate at this location. My wife and I visited along with my young son. We were greeted upon entering the... restaurant. I have to say that hands down, the best customer service I've had in a long time. We ordered our food and itarrived hot and fresh. The food was delicious. I wish I could remember our servers name, as she deserves a shot out. However, we could see each server was in their game. The decor was like being in a diner setting and seating was perfect. This was my first time visiting and will surely be back! The prices are more than reasonable and the costume service was great.... The building is new and nicely designed too. You're greeted as soon as you come in and when you leave by any of the staff. Weordered the shrimp and chopped steak platters and both were delicious. Service and food quality are hit or miss. Ate last night for first time and was amazed to be surprised with crispy onion rings... and tasty chicken. I liked it so much I came back tonight and onions rings are soggy, one little sauce cup isn?t enough for 6tenders but didn?t want to up my already $15 bill? Nor was the literal 3 napkins I was given. My second time at the new location. First time was great. Food was perfect, waitress was wonderful. We went a few times to the... old location. And the last 2 times were bad. So decided to try it again. Like I said, we loved it. And it's charming inside. Wepraised it. Now, let's get to yesterday. ???? Before I take my granddaughter back to her parents after 2 days. We have aroutine. Its thrift store shopping then a lunch. She is 3. She loves everything chicken and ice cream. And because my lastexperience, went there again. Ordered us a plate to share and a shake for her. Food came out super fast. Which is a sign it'sprecooked and sitting under a heat lamp. Okay, that's fine. She's a kid, she don't know good food yet. But...... I do. Waitressbrings food. Immediately I tell her, this is all over cooked. She brings me tator tots. Cold, limpy tutor tots. No replacementon the chicken. I like crispy chicken. I tried to eat a piece. All you can taste is burnt breading on the chicken. Drowning itin sauce, could not cover the taste. My granddaughter takes a bite. Spits it out. She may not know good food, but she knowsburnt. I call the waitress back. Tell her the chicken is burnt.... now, this is the part that upsets me. Waitresses work fortips. Cooks have a set salary or hourly pay. Why in the world would you take that to a table? And assume someone will eat it, behappy and tip you? You may work for this restaurant, but that table is yours! You own that table. You treat that table the wayit will reflect you and your tip. It doesn't matter that the cook made it. You still made the decision to serve it. Instead oftelling the cook, make it again. I am not serving this. I don't care if it takes 20 minutes to remake. You looked out for yourtable. And that would have reflected your business and tip. Went through the drive thru ordered burgers and chilli cheese fries. Got our food forgot slaw on our burgers and the chili and... cheese. This is their new detached building. They used to be across the street in the same shopping center as the Walmart. This new... building has a better feel to it. It?s way more inviting. Very clean and spacious. Our waitress was named Ashley. She was verynice and professional. The food was decent. It wasn?t the best or worse sub I had. I had the chicken cheese steak with tots. Thebread was very soft and delicious. The tots were good but they didn?t give you much. And the food arrived at our table in lessthan 10 minutes, that was awesome! Just went there for the 1st time and unfortunately did not have a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful,... which I liked, but the food quality and presentation was terrible. I went there for dinner and the fries looked like they hadbeen made that morning..tasted stale. I went in to replace them and they made a fresh batch but never added salt. Fries with nosalt should not exist. The kids meal was sloppy with everything spilling out and the burgers were sloppy. The hamburger tastedfine, but presentation makes a difference.
