This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order in 2 weeks now.i ordered a 2pc extra crispy drumsticks meal w/ side & drink... ...they gave me the wrong side the 1st time and a drum & wing and this time they gave me a drum & a thigh .why can't they everseem to get my order right? I would give 5 stars but the customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the time we got to the speaker til the time we got... to the window the lady that was taken our order attitude did not change. Once we got to the window judging by her shirt she wasmanager. I understand people have days but us a employees of a business have to understand without customers we have no jobs.Then we get the food she repeated everything correctly but we were charged for one meal we didn't ask for. I would have returnedbut I didn't like my service so I threw everything away and proceeded home. Customer service is major. Read more
Pieces were super small got a 12pc no thighs at all. And the price was high for the size of chicken Pieces.
