The servers were great but it was a slow process and there's been several times that I've had to go back due to order not being... right. I have a child that cannot have tomato of any kind and they have put ketchup on the order after being told no tomato orketchup of any kind due to allergic reaction. Read more
Fries were salted to perfection. Not too much or none at all. Spicy chicken with extra pickles was also great. Sweet tea was... kinda lack luster, with maybe a qtr of a cup of suger missing when making. But I still finished it. Read more
30 minutes to get the order. Asked for fresh fries, and got the food 20 minutes later, but it took them another 10 minutes to... make the caramel frappe, so the fries were no longer fresh. Asked them to replace the fries with fresh fries only to have themthink they were slick by dipping around the corner for a few seconds and coming back with the exact same fries that they weresupposed to be replacing. The burger was subpar too. Manager on duty seemed to think all would be made well by upsizingeverything and offering free frappes on a future visit to apologize for the wait, but what good is that when the food we weregiven was still cold and nasty? I just want to give a shout-out to the manager Jake!!! So sweet and accommodating even at 11:45pm. Food came out hot and... delicious.!. I'm also super thankful to a Mr. Justin who ran the service window! I had a complicated order for my web review.And let me just say he had no issues with my picky order. Every time I go to this location, which is convenient for my family. I?m always missing food, given the wrong food, no customer... service and the wait times are ridiculous. Who waits 45 minutes multiple times for a few burgers, nuggets and fries?! I will notcome back, nor will my family. Read more
