Was slightly disappointed when I rolled up this morning to see they were missing my favorite white Mocha flavor. But when I... asked for a replacement I was quickly given a suggestion of vanilla latte with hazelnut swirl. I got it iced and I'm probablynever going back to white Mocha again! my drink has had weird white specks in it every day for the past week or so now. imagine the rim of a milk jug when you unscrew... the cap? the stuff in my drink is like that. it has given me a stomach ache every day, whether it?s the actual drink or my mindknowing that stuff is in there giving me the stomach ache, idk. but regardless? it?s really gross and i pay almost 7 for mycoffee. This morning (Sat - Sep 04, 2021), my wife and I stopped here for coffee on our way to Norfolk Airport. She was nearly halfway... through her coffee and she took what ended up being her final sip and noticed something in her mouth. She pulled a hair out thatcame from her coffee cup. This rating is actually a zero for the distress they caused. We both threw away our drinks. Update(Tue - 10-26-2021): I was going through my phone and came across my review from 7.5 weeks ago. As you can see, there's been noreply. Goes to show how much they care about their customer satisfaction. Maybe that is a luxury when they think the locals havelimited choices. I have been going to McDonalds or Muddy Waters Coffeehouse for my Java fixes and Highly Recommend them as theyseem more focused on customer satisfaction than Starsucks. Fast service and very friendly staff. First day for the 2021 Starbucks Holiday Drinks and had to stop to get one. Not the only... one because this place was really busy. This was a got choice because it was so goooooood! Read more
Haven't had a bad experience yet! Wife and I enjoy a good sweet coffee once in a while. Good job to the employees here.
