First time at this relatively new Taco Bell. I was quite pleased with their friendly drive-through service and my order was done... correctly. I always order easy lettuce on my taco and they got it right. The quantity of chips (even though some seemed stale)was great. In the past, I have received them half-full. Read more
While the service is friendly and fast, the order isn't always correct. I've been here a few times now and would trade an extra... minute of wait time to know that I didn't have spend 5-8 minutes checking the order then going into the restaurant to get itcorrected. Read more
Really nice dining room, 2 TouchPad devices to place order, plenty of parking and nice helpful oersonmel. I attempted to place... order via the TouchPad ordering device, couldn't find where to add bottle water to my order, so someone behind the countercanceled the order on the TouchPad device and entered my order from behind the counter and gave me my food and bottled water afew minutes later. Steak chalupa Supreme is it for me! Highly recommend! Read more
The food was properly labeled so we had to open everything and it was not hot not even warm. The crunchy taco we bought tasted... like it was cooked in old, burnt grease. It could not be eaten. They were not busy at the time either. There was no one in thedrive thru or in the restaurant. Read more
Waited 15 minutes for simple menu items that Taco Bell is known for. Upon receiving incomplete order, food looked like they... spent 15 seconds on it?s preparation. Taco Bell wants to move up to the ECity big leagues and come to this side of town? theybetter pick it up or continue to lose more customers. Can?t blame COVID if its a pride in performance issue. My parents had ordered online with the Taco Bell app. This Taco Bell had taken money from their account. They were going to pick... up their food when the person on the speaker had told them that whatever-it-was wasn't working. They wouldn't MAKE THE FOODbecause of the app TAKING MONEY OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNT! Not to mention, they screwed up our order MANY times! Don't go to thisone. Go to the one on Ehringhaus. The best part of the Grande Breakfast burrito and crunch wraps is the cheese sauce that comes with them. I asked for no bacon on... either, but they also got rid of the spicy cheese sauce they come with. I only wanted the bacon removed, not the best flavor ofthe food. Read more
