I have always enjoyed Arbys roast beef because of the Arbys sauce. Today I ordered the 1/2 pound roast beef. I asked for plenty... of Arbys sauce. I was given 3 packs. I asked for more and was told,?we are limited to 1 pack per sandwich?. Only 3 packs for a$7.49 1/2 lb. Sandwich. And 1 for the regular sandwich. I will not be going back to Arbys. Terrible place to eat. Ordered a smokehouse brisket and it looked like it had sat out in the parking lot in the hot sun all day.... Drove back, informed the manager, he gave me a free meal ticket and a new sandwich. That one was cold in the middle. Expensive for fast food. The female manager was quite rude and disrespectful when I called about my half box of fries (they had... no small boxes & put in medium box) The sign had 75cents ON the pic of crinkle fries and when I saw the order and checked myreceipt, I realized I was charged $2.79 for a half box of hard fries. Hubby loves spicy and the Diablo Roast beef delivered! For a fast food item he said it had a good flavor and nice after burn. ... He loves using scorpion and ghost pepper to season his foods. Those peppers being a 10, he rated the Diablo around a 5. Nowatering eyes! He also said the Chipotle bun was excellent and unique. I only tolerate mild spice, so I didn't even try it! Read more
