Hateful little woman whom I asumed was the manager would not comp me for a meal that i purchased in September. The chicken was... under cooked, mashed potatoes were awful. Called and was told by the person they would write my name down for a replacement mealbecause they had been " so busy" and i didnt need receipt becuase they wrote my name down, she would not do it because i didnthave a receipt, had the purchase on my phone but I'm not sure if she even looked for my name..she just wasnt going to doit..lost a customer.. 9/25 bought an 8 piece box, chicken was not cooked and mashed potatoes were awful! I called store, person said they had been... extremely busy and the mashed potato machine was tore up??? Took my name and said they would write it down for a replacementmeal.i was told that i didnt need my receipt. They were writing my name down. Went today, rudest little woman first said theyhad no "guy" answering the phone, but then knew who it was. But she refused to give me the meal cause i didnt have a receipt. Iexplained again what i was told, nope, she "wasnt going to do it". The other employees knew who i was talking about. *ATTENTION* For people that haven't tried Bojangles sweep potato pies, you don't know what you're missing. They're sweet potato... pies are better than any others I've tasted at some of the most famous fast food restaurants. I'm not crazy about sweet potatoesbut they taste more like dessert than a potato. I ?? them so much. That's why I'm taking the time to write this review.Hopefully the people that read this will go try Bojangles sweet potato pie. Buy more than one so you can let your family memberstry it also. I believe after tasting Bojangles, you'll never buy one from McDonald's ever again. Read more
Really wish they would bake their biscuits just a bit longer so they're golden brown and done all the way through. Would make... this a 5-star fast food restaurant. Read more
Stopped by for a quick breakfast biscuit on 07/08/22. They know how to do biscuits!! Bacon egg biscuit was cooked just right!! ... The bacon was perfectly cooked. The bo-berry biscuit without icing was nice and brown...and hot!! Great job on the biscuitmaking!! And the workers were so nice and friendly!! Will definitely stop in again on our next trip thru Elizabethtown! Read more
I love their bo-berry biscuits. Anytime I've ever gone there they're slightly rude / impatient. With their customers and it's... not just me I've seen them do it with other people. I get working in the customer service industry is hard I work in thatindustry myself. But that doesn't mean you take it out on every other customer I get having a bad day but you need to know whento check it at the door. Your customers don't need nor want your attitude. I like their tea and bo-tato rounds as well. I havetried and deadlocked their grilled chicken sandwich as well. It has been a while since I've been there in person so hopefullythings have changed. I went to Bojangles in Elizabethton TN. I understand the wait in drive thru but what I do not understand is why I get this... amount of fries and I asked them to be fresh and the employee who was waiting on me said Okay and I waited a good 10 min and Iwas no upset about the waiting until I got my fries out and seen how dried and overcooked and cold they were!
