Every single time I come to this location. The food is made poorly, I?m missing an item that I paid for or the order isn?t... correct. Or the put old chicken tenders on the wrap that are way to small. Or as seen in the picture they put a whole slice ofonion on my burger. The guy who took my order was extremely rude and impatient with me while I was ordering and ended up noteven getting my order correct and forgetting my Cole slaw i ordered. I don?t understand how hard it is to just do your jobcorrectly. I work in fast food and it?s not brain surgery to do the job. I can?t ever get a hold of anyone about fixing myproblem either. This was my first visit to Cook Out. To be honest I was overwhelmed with the menu options on the drive thru board. I ordered a... cheese burger with fries and a half and half tea. OK ? WOW! Crinkle Fries was an added Bonus Surprise! Hot and just the rightamount of salt ???? Half and Half Tea was spot on. The Cheese Burger ???? was the best burger I have had in a long while. Thehamburger was cooked perfectly and hot. The cheese ???? was good and melted. Thick sliced tomato ????, onion ???? , the lettuce???? was cool, crisp, and with just the perfect amount of mayo. Cookout used to be a great value. Even with ridiculous inflation lately, I feel they've gone up disproportionately. $7.00 is no... longer a good deal. Sad, there was a time I'd eat lunch there almost all week. Read more
Love the big doubles and the overall selection, and the prices are pretty good. Plus the staff does a really good job and are... always nice. Took it down to 4 stars cause the prices arent as good. Still, they are pretty consistent and serve their foodfresh. They are better than most fast food restaurants. Read more
My husband were on our way home from a trip and wanted a quick bite. Burger King and Chick Fil A were both closed (staffing... issues?), so we decided on Cook Out. We should have driven further. We both ordered small burgers and I got a hot fudgemilkshake. They aren't kidding about the small part. Mine was so small that it only covered half the bun, and the pickle on myhusband's was larger than the burger. Have you ever had your burger "crunch" when you bit into it? They were literally burntblack. My milkshake was supposed to have hot fudge mixed into it. There was no chocolate to be seen. We have eaten in Cook Outsbefore and have never been disappointed. Hands down, this is the worst we've ever had. We should have gone back to make ourcomplaints, but were in a hurry to get home. Read more
The last 4 times I've ordered quesadillas from here... it's like it was never heated. Some were almost fridge cold.
