If you want a horrible experience go to dominos. Ordered pizza and made it to pick it up 15 minutes after placing the order... online. Horrible pizza. It had no sauce on it. And was overcooked. Called they told us nothing could be done. Went back downthere and the woman told me "it took too long for you to pick it up". She told me they could not do anything about it. I had a VERY bad experience at this location tonight. I ordered $13 of food online for in store pickup. I had a $20 gift card.... When my fiance went in to pay they told him the gift card wasn't valid and wouldn't give him the food. He showed them thereceipt for the gift card and they said no. We then called the number on the gift card AND put it in online again to check, bothsaid we had a balance of $20 on the gift card. LINDSEY was the manager on duty, so I guess she can throw my pizza away becauseshe would not let us pick it up! Very bad customer service and not the way to handle the situation!!! Read more
Had not visited a Dominos in many many years & was really surprised on how delicious their pizzas were! Lava cakes are amazingly... a chocolate lovers dream! Staff are pleasant & efficient... a definitely multiple visit location! Read more
My family loves Domino's. We just moved to elizabethton area and have ordered from this location twice now. Both times the... pizzas were cold and as you can see in the pictures all the toppings are pushed to one side and the center isn't cooked. It'sstill just dough. Terribly disappointed. We will drive back to johnson city to get the quality of pizza we are used to. Read more
