Update! They seem to have fixed the sweet tea. Thank you! I'll fix the review once you fix your sweet tea. The last two times, ... including today, the tea hasn't been sweet at all. Idk who's been making the tea... but make them stop and get someone whoknows how to do it. Read more

I can't even give a star! (If given the option) I work for home health. My client always prefers pals for her lunch! Well the... past 2 times the same woman has been working taking the order, I give her my order. Well I tell her senior discount please. Dueto my client not able to come with me. This woman gives me trouble everytime! I am very disappointed in her rude personality.Kinda dry. I definitely wouldn't ask for a senior discount for myself when clearly you can see I'm not! Read more

Best fries in town. Always hot and fresh. They also have great hot dogs, sweet tea, hamburgers and of course those delicious... cheddar rounds. In case you didn?t know, they also serve French fries for breakfast. Pals is the busiest place in Elizabethton.The service is fast and that?s a bonus especially when you are trying to get your children, grandchildren or yourselves toschool/work on time. Read more
