We love Papa John?s pizza. Papa John?s is always our go to pizza place. We always get it delivered and give the driver a tip.
First off, the manager James Dance is very unprofessional, and doesn?t know how to handle things when an oder is messed up by... his staff. We ordered 2 Papa Johns pizza bowls, and one was without Onions. We got home and noticed that there were onions inboth bowls, so I called and spoke with the manager (James Dance) and explained to him that our oder was wrong. He pulled up theorder and stated to me that the order showed a regular oder. I explain to him that we clearly stated to the worker at thecounter, no onions. Mr Dance went on to put the blame on me instead of the person who took our order? His response to me was,?We can?t give away free food.? Really??? I wasn?t asking for free food. I was wanting him to resolve this, and get my odercorrect. I earn a six figure salary per year income, and don?t need free food. My family and I will never give this Papa Johnsestablishment our business again. Mr Dance, if you?re gonna work with the public, GET IT RIGHT! Read more
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Mr dance helped us and was very eager to get the order perfect. The 3 meat salad is a... great bowl that has been added and as a diabetic it was a perfect fit for me. Read more
Worst pizza I have ever had. Ordered pepperoni and mushrooms. No pepperoni and very few mushrooms. Maybe you should have someone... that speaks English and lives in the US answer the phone. No more for me! Called store and manager was a true thief no offeringanything to correct the issue. Read more

Pizza had been thrown around it looks like I paid 25$ after delivery tip for this. Update Arron the the manager of operations... made things right with this pizza the guy who handed me the pizza was nice but the little girl that works there idk if she's amanager had a black shirt on the attitude was unnecessary if you done your job right in the first place I wouldn't of complainedI definitely won't be back ever again she gave me attitude in front of my daughter very unprofessional and I'm done with thisplace even if my family works for this company Read more
Honestly for their mediocre food they could at least get the order right. I ordered delivery, they messed up the wings. Then... tried to tell me they'd fix it if I brought the wings back to them..... that they delivered. You know. The whole point ofdelivery. Papa John's did not understand the assignment. Zero stars. Messed up my pizza RWICE than refused to fix it a THIRD time since THEY messed it up so many times. I would give ZERO stars. My... 2 year old was crying from hunger when he took the second messed up pizza out of my hands and refused to fix it! PATHETIC! Read more
