The employees are nice and polite every time we go in there. Food is great. I also love how they still take expired coupons.

I went to subway and got dinner with my husband and was greeted warmly by Ryan the employee that was making or at the counter.... He was very pleasant and polite. Everything we ordered was fresh and great. Ryan and Kathy were very nice and friendly. Wereally enjoyed our visit will go back there again. I lige walking into a place and feeling like your welcome and not botheringthe employees and Ryan and Kathy did just that. Thank you. Read more

I walked up to the door which was locked with a sign that stated ?be back in 20 minutes ?, so I went back to my car and waited... 20 minutes. I could see people eating inside and 2 kids running around. Went back to the door and it was still locked. When Istarted to walk back to my car for the second time the 2 kids came and unlocked the door. I walked up to the counter and thewoman behind it says ?sorry, it?s going to be a while? as she stood there counting money on the back counter with papers andmoney everywhere. So I stood there for 5 minutes. She went and got a lady from the back who stalked up to the front with ascowl and didn?t greet me or acknowledge me before mumbling, ? wheat or white that?s all we got?. She was extremely rude andthe whole experience made me feel like I was a bother for trying to order food. Needless to say I won?t go back to thislocation. I understand having a hard day at work but the customer service was unacceptable. Read more

I really enjoyed the food and the restaurant was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and I love how they put hood... over the food while there's no one in line to order. Makes me feel better about the safety of the food being served. I woulddefinitely eat there again. The only thing I wasn't able to comment on was the restrooms, I didn't use them. Read more

Returned to this subway location after a horrific experience previously, and I want to give a big thanks to the store manager... aubey and the corporate team for handling my experience with respect and care. The young man Richard that was working in thestore tonight was a pleasure to interact with, he was very polite, our food was made to our specifications and liking. My husband, 5 year old daughter and i Visited the Elizabethton (beside gamestop) location a few days ago and the lady that was... working that evening was VERY rude, she was cussing the whole time, wiping her nose on her arm while making orders, not wearinga mask, and didn't even change gloves after handling a door dash ladies phone. She completely ruined my husband's sub, he askedfor a little extra ranch and she put half the bottle on it, even after we asked her to stop, she said "with me you get what youask for." Our daughter was getting a drink out of our large drink cup and she told my husband that if she spilt the drink hewould have to clean it up. I've tried several times to call the store to talk to a manager but I never get an answer, iveposted on the @subwaylistens Twitter page, no response and even went to to customer service website and done a survey about ourexperience but noone has gotten back to me, so I'm left with putting it out in the open on Google for everyone to see. So ifyou're reading this and you go to this location and an older lady named Shirley is working, go somewhere else and eat. Read more

It was good. The workers were a lil rude to another customer. I don't care how grouchy anyone is, you're suppose to be polite.... If it wasn't for us coming in to eat they wouldn't have a job. I work with the public and have for years. I have never been rudeto anyone. Just bite your tongue and be nice. You never know what anyone is going through at home. Read more

Great food but good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone! I done a order through the Subway app yesterday and they were... out of steak to make my sub they charged my card and I never got any food due to them being out. I can't get in touch withanyone to get my money back so be careful of the app if you order on it. I changed my 2 stars to 5 due to Barbara the managerfixing the issue. Still be careful ordering on the app there is no way to get a refund. Read more
