Food was great but this being a brand new restaurant there should be no reason for it to be as dirty as it was. After lunch at... 2:30 trash cans were overflowing no place to put trash, dirty tables, dirty floors, water melting ice which was a hazard ifsomeone falls and multiple workers just standing around. I ordered a Classic RB added Swiss, tomato, onion, lettuce snd Mayo when I got through the line and pulled over to eat it there... was No Roast Beef on the sandwich they just could not believe what I just told them believe me why would I wanna go through allthat Trouble again . I tried to give the bag and receipt to him he just took the receipt I had Waited in the the drive thoughbehind 3 more cars before me to get one with Roast beef they were acting like I was wrong no apologies I get it if your newand you made a mistake but get to moving and fix the problem I?ve went they this line twice now don?t move like your in aTrance. Well He handed me a new one in my hand no bag for this sandwich said nothing do I pulled over to eat my sandwich thistime there was no cheese. What the heck . I gave them a 1 because 0 isn't an option. I spent $110 dollars here in which 5 of the items were cheeseburgers. I strongly... recommend you not order them unless you like your meat RED! This experience really could have been better. We did get our chicken bacon swiss sandwiches quickly, but they were lukewarm at... best. The chicken pieces were small and nowhere near hot. The piece of swiss cheese had zero signs of being melted. And thethree tiny pieces of bacon were just insulting. We got two of the same sandwich, and they were both this way.
