I got there just a few minutes before ether closed (yes, I was THAT person). In spite of that, the staff was very friendly. My... cashier Makenzie told me that her membership expired and it was a kid's membership. However she didn't know what the cost of anew membership would be. I didn't even mind her not having an answer to my question because it was her first day and she was sopleasant the whole time. If there was any improves, I would suggest not putting a new person on the register until they know theprices of upsell products. Read more

Been going there for years and have always meant to post a review about the wonderful Starbucks staff! Today's the day. Great... customer service, nice bakery selection (hot & cold) and friendly staff. Never once has my order been wrong. The lady "Bev" whoworks there is awesome. She always has a cool, calm demeanor no matter how many people are in line. She is polite and friendly.I will definitely continue to go there. Ps. I feel a tip jar would be appropriate on the counter, every other coffee shop hasone so why not there? Read more

The store is great and the staff very helpful. The atmosphere is calm, and the store is very well organized. Today I went and... the lady that assisted me knew exactly where to send me in the store for the herb books I was interested in. After we parted Ibegan looking at books and she returned later to tell me about another section I could check. She had continued looking andthinking about the topic even after I'd walked away. I was impressed, and her attention and knowledge led me to spending twiceas much as I'd intended. Great employee. Happy customer. Then I went to Starbucks. (Sigh)The staff was nice and the drinksamazing, but that hard, crisp, completely dry, crumbly scone was trash. They tried to convince me that that's what a scone wassupposed to be. I've had scones before and they should not taste like a biscotti. If that's how they are really making sconesthey are doing it wrong. His solution was to bring me a real fork to replace the plastic one they gave me in the bag.???? My kidtried to enjoy it, but gave up. $4 wasted because it went in the trash. Read more
