Got Two impossible burgers. Managed to eat them both with a lot less struggle than I expected.

Changed the Impossible Burgers to Impossible Kings, no lettuce or tomato (yuck). Manager remade order, thanks Crystal, need to... made product board more clear and they put cheese on my burgers when I asked for them without. Read more
The girl running drive thru, didn't know the menu and was not appropriate while taking our order. She was highly unprofessional... and her manager ended up taking over. I've never liked this Burger King to begin with, I just wanted some jalapeño bites anddidn't want to drive to Etown. I will next time. Read more
Bit of a wait due to short staffing and prioritizing drive through over counter orders for hungry delivery drivers. But overall... a decent customer service experience and orders were made correctly as I expect from this brand. Would be 5 stars if I was notwaiting for over 5 minutes to be acknowledged at counter and did not have to ask 3 times for the sauces on my recipt. Read more
