The layout of this store is the worst I?ve ever visited. No parking lot that you can park in, and no crosswalk to the parking... lot across a busy road. You can?t get into curbside spots without waiting in the long drive through line. Even when you?re incurbside, it takes an eternity to get food. Inside changes the way they take orders frequently. I will say the food is alwayshot and fresh, so that?s why it?s got 2 stars. Honestly just a pain to come here. Read more
This is my local chick fil a. As many times as my family has eaten here they have NEVER gotten our order wrong. We have NEVER... had an interaction with a rude or impolite team member. The food is ALWAYS fresh. And despite this location?s typical highvolume, we don?t have to wait a very long time. Eat in, drive through, pick up, it does not matter, they get it right, and dotheir jobs well every, single, time. I would much rather eat here (if we are doing fast food) than anywhere else in town. Definitely E-town?s go-to chicken stop. I was shocked to see so many lanes for ordering and when you enter the building it?s no... different. In fact, I felt like livestock on a farm being fed in a system designed for scale and profit. The experience ofordering and being served trumped the food. Staff were nice. Read more
