I returned my food because it wasn't warm and also I went to ask for onions because I didn't get any and the young boy in the... back picked up my onions and put in the container and in the right hand he was eating a burger,???? that wasn't right at all youdon't eat while your on the job and don't handling peoples food while you eat !!! Usually I've gone to the drive thru and itwas very good and warm. Just a bad experience that day. We left and I didn't eat.My son purchased ice cream & mashed potatoeswith gravy because he had dental work done,he couldn't eat his food so I tasted his mashed potatoes with gravy and they weregreat. I fell in love with Culver's when I lived in Texas. My family loves this place. The burgers are a little different because they... are seared, but they are not crispy in the edges like some places that smash/sear their burgers. Ordering was quick as well as the time to get my food. The patty melt was fresh. My ice water had a funky taste like the ice... dispenser maybe needed cleaning. I called the store as I was traveling thru and let them know. Hopefully it was found and fixed. Read more
As a rule I am always pleased with my experience at Culver's. Yesterday I ordered chili and grilled cheese. My grilled cheese... was tough and cold. It seemed to me to be a cheese sandwich laid on the grill and then wrapped and placed on tray. I feel thatit doesn't take that much effort to make a decent grilled cheese. Read more
I stopped here while traveling on the interstate because I heard they have optional gluten-free buns. Indeed, they do have them!... I ordered the Culver Deluxe double burger (on a gluten-free bun) and it was very good. The hamburger patties were very tastyand the bun was really good for a gluten-free bun. We also got some ice cream which was very tasty as well. The employees werevery friendly and helpful. Waited only a couple of minutes as they made our food right away. I would give a 5 star but the guy working at the drive through today is rude. When paying he practically throws my drink at me,... makes me take my debit card as fast as I can, shoves the number to me and tells me to move forward in a hateful tone. They arebusy today but a smile and a thank you goes along way. I come daily and hope it?s better tomorrow ???????? these kids need toknow your day only goes positive if you allow it and it?s much easier than being negative. Read more
