Shift lead Allison, claims to be a manager. Quick to cancel your order because she refuses to let you speak to the manager of... the store. When you ask about getting your money back because your order took almost 2 hours, you'll get an attitude and thenshe'll tell you that you'll get your money back after at least 48 hours. $60 on bad service, horrible attitudes, and no food. The food is always fresh, employees are always so friendly and helpful! My daughters and I get carryout from here at least once... a week, each and every time we are greeted with a smiling face! We've never had an issue with our order and I especially lovethe "Piece of the Pie" reward program!! Domino's is definitely our go-to pizza place but the other items are delicious too! Ordered medium extra cheese, extra sauce, extra pepperoni and medium pepperoni, ham, mushroom with extra sauce. Most... disappointed I have been in the quality in a long time. It was delivered quick but I can see the lack of sauce through the lackof cheese. Pizza was very dry. The delivery before this one they left the drinks at the store. The delivery before that theydelivered someone else's order entirely and had to remake and bring ours back out. I have 6 free pizzas from rewards points andhave kept a steady balance of 6 or 7 pizzas worth or more since the program started. I do NOT see me redeeming those. This storeseems to be steadily declining. After being an loyal Domino's customer since childhood (I'm 36), this particular dominos for 25plus years... next time I will call Pizza Hut, Papa John's or cook a Tombstone pizza at home myself! The GM of this store is super awesome and was a great boss to have. Actually cared about the job. The Assistant GM not so much.... Literally tried to bully me out the door, when that didn't work created drama and false issues to get me out. All because Ididn't approve of her taking a smoke break every 35 minutes and always on her phone. It's a shame I loved this job. Read more
