Drove 1/2 an hour out of our way because we wanted a late breakfast. There were at least 20 empty tables that we could see but... were told it would be a 20 minute wait because they were short servers. Instead of offering us a table and a cup of coffee wewere gruffly told it?ll be at least 20 minutes, I?d of happy waited 20 minutes while seated and having coffee but not standingin front of the door being ignored. This place has developed a reputation for being under staffed. The wait times are long. The manager was doing her best to keep... up but with only three servers on a Sunday it wasn't enough. The lack of staff showed up in tables not being stock with sugarpackets and silverware that had to be sent back for sanitizing. One of our coffee mugs had lipstick on it, The food was decent,but I probably won't visit here again. Read more
The food here is good but not great, the service was great but it took almost forty minutes just to get pancakes, bacon, and... hash browns. I always try to give a fair review of any business, for example if the place was not busy so our food should haveonly taken 15-20 minutes and I think this is fair since there were only ten to twelve people besides us in the dining room. Thewaitress is usually the first one to get jumped on but the way I look at it she did her job, she brought us everything we askbefore the food arrived and she even apologized food that was taking so long for no reason. Me and my oldest went inside to order which was easy and quick to do. The host was nice and help us with our order. It took 25... minutes to get our order which was packed and ready go for us. It was simple as we waited i was able to enjoy the interior ofthe building. I was nice to see to look out the large windows. Read more
You'd think I'd post a lower star due to having an issue with a visit there. BUT I've gone over 20 times to this IHOP. Only had... 1 issue an the management was fast to fix the problem. Great food great prices an friendly service. DEFINITELY recommend IHOP inetown ky Read more
The food was decent. Not great but ok. Our waitress Michelle was very attentive and accommodating. We had a good experience.

I'm a regular. Ihop employees know who I am because of this. You all are amazing and you deserve raises. I appreciate you and... your hard work. Sometimes short staffed but that's out of the employees control and what businesses aren't these days. Thank youihop staff.???? Read more
