Service was a little slower than normal but I was expecting it because they said on the website it would be. When I got my food... the lettuce and avacado we're turning brown and the picke was not cut properly and it took had an off color. Jimmy John'spromotes fresh but this was below par. Read more

I would give this review a -100. I went to your store today to order. When I said I wanted a lettuce wrap the employee said of... course you would. A I had not ate all day because I had been at the salon. B I just lost 30 lbs las month and have some more togo and C. I was in such a great mode that I hadn't been in from sever depression. Recently moved to KY and this location is anything but "freaky fast." They also have issues with order accuracy. Very... disappointing. Edited to add I decided to give them another chance after someone from the management team reached out to me andapologized. Unfortunately, it was still the same experience. After 45 minutes of no food, my lunch break ended and I was nolonger able to pick up the order that was eventually left at my door, so it sat outside for at least an hour before I could goget it. When I realized my lunch break was ending and I saw no food I called the store to cancel the order but was told it hadjust left the store. The woman I spoke to offered no empathy or customer service skills at all. I can't imagine myself orderingfrom here again even in desperation. The point, the motto, is that it comes quickly, but that's not true with this location. Read more
