Every time I go here I have to wait 20 minutes in drive thru. That is not a big deal to knowing they are most likely... understaffed. The issue is they never have original recipe. They are always trying to push extra crispy on me and it?saggravating that I wait in line only for them to tell me they don?t have what I want. Read more
Good food but only got 1 piece of my 2 piece chicken meal the young man at the counter was very nice.

Dine-in is not available. Use app to order & pick up inside or at the pick up parking location. It's a pleasure to engage with... happy employees. The energy here was top notch. I've visited this location several times over the years & it seems toconsistently improve. The inside was really nice. I especially loved seeing a community board posted inside. I for sure want to say that the General Manager and Assistant Manager at this location really went above and beyond for me. Back... story I had ordered some food saturday and it was incorrect and I had called and spoke with someone on the matter and they saidthat they could replace it and didnt ask me for a name, just to come in and it would be replaced. So going in cause I am notclose they said that it wasnt in the book that I would have to call and speak with the manager. I did just that today and Alexwent above and beyond I will for sure recommend people to this business, Great customer service I will for sure be back!!!!Thanks again Alex!!! Read more
Was there Jun 7, 2022, about 6:00 p.m. Not what it used to be. Hadn't eaten there in awhile. Got a two piece white meal and... asked that one be a breast. I got a piece of breast so small that I thought it was a thigh and a chicken wing the size of mythumb. Took it up to guy who appeared to be running the show who was working the counter and he did nothing. Told him I wouldnot be back. There was a time when a KFC chicken breast was a fair sized piece. Apparently not any more. Should get more forthe money. Was not satisfied. Poor meal. Poor management. Read more
This store has been remodeled since I was last here. Cashier was friendly, good service. The counter is improved as is the... drink area. I had the buffet in early afternoon after the peak time. I was surprised to see the buffet well stocked during aslow period. Food was good as expected and all areas clean. New seating has replaced the old wobbly ones and nice appearancewith the new decor. They also offer a senior discount. 10-22-2022 Not the same store on this visit. They no longer offer aBuffet. The chicken seems to be smaller, younger animals are smaller and I assume cheaper. My girlfriend was supposed to get a2-piece meal that included a breast but obviously was not a breast, a back. She didn't want to make it an issue, so she ate itanyway. We never want to irritate someone who can tamper with food. Sign up stating carbonated beverages unavailable. We heardan employee explaining on phone to someone that co2 shipment didn't make it. We hadn't been here in awhile because they keptdining room closed longer than any place in town. Probably staffing issues as they seemed to be running a skeleton crewtoday.
