Kaotic and disorganized. May have just been a fluke that afternoon, but you could tell many folks were waiting for extended... periods of time for orders. Also noticed customers returning to correct their orders. I was not rude, I just waited. Being meanto the cashier would not accomplish anything and she was kindly trying to take care of everyone. It was fine. I mean, I have to go inside and pick it up because they don't have the ever so convenient drive thru because if... it's pizza night at my house. I do Not want to get dressed to go pick up no pizza ????. I would love it if they would considerdriving the 1-2 extra miles to deliver to my house. Second time in row doordash, their delivery service, has forgotten our drinks. Little Caesar?s no longer takes calls, and... doordash doesn?t pick up either. No accountability to the consumer. Using the COVID ?we?re short staffed? to be able to nolonger answer their phones. This place, and their services, is garbage. Read more

I ordered from this location for the first time in quite awhile. There's always an issue with my order and a reason why I am... always waiting for my prepaid food. This evening I ordered $30 dollars worth of food then proceeded to the restaurant about 25minutes away. Upon my arrival at 7:35 my order was not in the portal for pickup again. After speaking with the manager on duty"steven" he I formed my my order was made but not anywhere in the building. Steven then made a half hazard attempt to soothe meover with a free pizza coupon, the audacity of this individual after waiting untill 8pm for food that was supposed to be readyat 7:35. Steven could not tell me what happened to my order but as an experienced restaurant manager I know that my food wasgiven to walk in orders and that's just absurd!! After being advised by steven that he would restart my order an hour after theinitial order and payment was made. I requested that steven just cancel my order and refund my $30 dollar purchase. I was thentold I would get my $30 dollars back in the next seven days, so here I am a half hour from home trying to pick up a pre orderedpizza, I have wasted my gas money an hour of my time driving to and from the restaurant and had no pizza to provide my familyfor dinner. As previously stated I'm an experienced restaurant manager and very experienced in customer service. This experiencewas an absolute joke and your company should consider re-training your management on all SOP's and make an effort to providebetter than Lackluster customer service to your customers Read more

I ordered a pizza at 7:44pm that was expected to be done at 8:21pm. I arrived at 8:20pm with the expectation to wait since it?s... a busy night. It?s a pizza place, I don?t expect much. But today was they day I would learn what patience looked like. Thecashier claimed that our order was not ready because it was in the ?reservoir?. Mind you I can visibly see my receipt pinned up,the pizza is visibly behind the register nice and hot. But alas, I?m denied my pizza though nonsense and gibberish for 40 wholeminutes. It took 40 minutes of incoherent excuses until Joshua (thank you Joshua) came to save the day. It took Joshua mereseconds to grab the exact pizza I had been staring at for 40 minutes, and complete our transaction at 9:00pm. I could have goneshopping for ingredients, returned home to make a hand crafted pizza AND cooked it in half the time this ordeal took. Read more

You know the saying "1 bad apple can spoil them all"? That's exactly how things went the last time we are from here. Food was... burnt, order wasn't right, they didn't answer phones but tried to keep us from walking in the door. When 1 person finally sloweddown to ask what's wrong, they "corrected" my order by giving us, you guessed it, another burnt pizza. I kept my receipt andorder number, sent that along with photos to corporate, and haven't been compensated, emailed, called, nada. This was February19th! I've never had pizza dough so dry and crunchy even when my kids overbake it. You live around that part of town and reallywant pizza, just go to Kroger or Walmart. Read more

MY THIN CRUST SOGGY A$$ PIZZA, WITH OLD BURNT CHEESE FROM THE PIZZA PRIOR IT LOOKS LIKE, STUCK TO THE BOX! I TRIED TO CALL THE...
