We went to Longhorn for dinner after a weekend soccer tournament. It was fairly busy, but we were seated rather quickly. Our... waitress was nice, however the food wasn't really what I expected. I was disappointed to say the least. We ordered the onionpetals for starters. It took a while before they were ready so I expected them to be hot and fresh. They were not! The plateitself was very warm, but the food was NOT! They weren't hot and were kind of greasy. I ordered the chopped steak with a saladand loaded baked potato. My kids ordered chicken tenders with fries and one with baked potato. The plate looked extremelydelicious, but again nothing was hot. The salad was beautiful and fresh. The gravy on my steak was actually cold and thick. Thesteak was warm enough but not hot, and both baked potatoes were hard in the middle. I was very disappointed. I just expectedmore from a place like this. I didn't finish my dinner. I just asked for a to go box and we left. I don't have anything bad tosay about our waitress. She was nice to us. She did a great job. I'm not sure if I will ever go back. It just wasn't what Iexpected for the price. Read more
For the 3rd time in a row, my steak was grossly under cooked. Please see the pic I attached and let me explain. We ordered the... steak "medium". It was very rare. I was very disappointed. I honestly lost my appetite. (March 24th 2022). Our waitress wasvery nice and understanding. (It was not her fault we gave her a nice cash tip). I explained that I was very disappointed andthat I was more than willing to pay for our salads and drinks, but not the steak. The manager came. I showed her the steak. She offered to have it cooked more. I said thank you but no. I also expressed that this was the 3rd time my medium steak wassignificantly undercooked and showed her the steak. She said it was a new cook. I was surprised she did not say "sorry". Shedid not acknowledge it was undercooked. I told her that since this was the 3rd time, I doubted it was a simple as a new cook. She then said their cook times were proprietary. As if to say it this near bloody steak was the way they cook it. Surprised Iasked her if she really thought the steak on my plate was "medium". She had to admit it was certainly not. My wife overheardthe table behind us had the same issue. Another employee was over heard saying this was the 3rd order that night the steakswere undercook. This is not the result of a new cook but rather some weird policy of management. I am done. I will never goback. Shame on them for making a stupid policy decision to undercook their steaks. I honestly am not one of those pickyeaters. But there is no excuse for this to happen over and over. The manager charged us for our drinks, salads and even themushrooms we never ate. Ugh. Read more
The waiter was great. It just seemed to be a very off night for the bar tender and the chief... inhad been here before and it... was great, however I don't believe we will be coming back here. The manager did come and offer to fix it, I was just done atthis point and nothing could fix it for me. Gotta do better! Read more
My husband and I were not impressed with our meals here. We ordered online and we were in our spot prior to 3 p.m., which was... when we were told our meal would be ready. No one notified us and we patiently waited outside, finally my husband went insideand sat at the bar as instructed by the hostess. There was not a bartender that day, so he waited 20-25 minutes before someonebrought him our food. They had our sides mixed up, our potatoes were not fully cooked and still hard; I had to bake them for anadditional 20 minutes in the oven. My salmon was charred and dry and his steak was lukewarm. The salad was the best part of themeal. Perhaps, dining in would have resulted in a better experience, but I do not recommend curbside at all. Read more
We checked in online, which was easy and saved us time. The service was good. The food was wonderful! I ordered a side salad... that was so big I had to bring it home and have it for lunch the next day. The vegetable portions were very generous. I hadthe brussel sprouts, which I don't generally crave. But these were yummy (the sauce made the dish). Our entrees weredelicious. We recommend this restaurant. Read more
We eat here often and have never had a. Issue. If you want a great steak this is your place! I absolutely love the smothered... chicken and the mushroom appetizers. Great servers and rarely do we wait to be seated. Oh I cannot forget the fresh loaves ofbread and yummy butter! Read more
