Inconsistent. Coffee is never made correctly. I have to pay for extra cream and syrup still not right ???? sometimes my food... order is wrong or missing cheese for the sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. Employees are super nice though. Read more
They had me to pull forward for 2 large fries, waited 5 more minutes then brought a different order out that included 3 large... fries including other items. No one was waiting in front of me so just wondering why I wasn't served my order correctly. I wasoffered the order that was brought to me in place of mine which was very generous. Read more
Even though they are always busy, they always deliver fast and amazing food. The drive-thru folks are always nice and have a... smile on their face. There is one specific lady that works the drive-thru. I can't think of her name right off, but I took careof her mother at one of the nursing homes. I just want to give a shout out to that lady. I went to get my daughter (who is recovering from covid) some lunch. I ordered and was asked to pull in one of the spaces... reserved for takeout. After 20 minutes I went inside to ask where my food was. The manager told me it was taken out to thewrong car. My food was remade, but no one ever apologized or even offered anything for wasting 30 minutes of my time. Read more
I love my hometown McDonald's!!! I have been from here to BowLegs Oklahoma and I think my McDonald's is the fastest one I've... ever been to, the prices are fair, the place is clean, the people are friendly, I think in The last 5 years I might have had anissue with an order one time!!!! I am SO disappointed. I come here a lot, but today was terrible. I ordered a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich, but this is... ridiculous! My sandwich was so dry, hard and nasty. This is not a cheap sandwich. I had to throw it away. Read more
