We ordered right before closing. The young lady at the window was absolutely so kind and accurately filled our order. Food was... fresh and tasted awesome. I can't believe she had that good of an attitude that late at night. I know she made our rough eveningbetter. I wish I knew her name so I could give her props publicly. Thank you young Lady. Got cold fries so I went in and asked for new ones. They took the cold ones put them back in fryer and heated them up. Couldn't... even finish Quarter Pounder. In the middle it tasted like someone dumped salt shaker into it. Opened it up and found blackcrusty stuff inside. Wouldn't recommend eating here. Read more
This place is disgustingly dirty. The employees were nice but the cleanliness of this place warrants a health department... intervention and should be closed. I would not eat here if your at the least concerned about getting contaminated food. Bothme and my wife were stomach sick for days after making this poor choice to eat here. Read more
Took FOREVER to get our food and when I finally received it items were missing... I understand completely but then no one was... around for over 10 minutes and even then they ignored me for as long as I could! Lol What's NOT funny is my wife and 2 younggirls all had NUGGETS and all got sick last night into today! They didn't know what was going on. Girl called our number and we go to get food. Where are the drinks? What did you have? Saw... her so that to two other people also. They would bring half an order to someone and 5 minutes later bring the rest. One workerwalked in to lobby and said did anyone order this sprite? Nobody did so he says does anyone want it. There is no refill your owndrinks. No catchup packets or anything like that in the lobby. I asked for extra pickles on my chicken and I went up to get themand girl told me I'd have to pay for extra pickles. I said I ordered them already and didn't get them. It's even on my sandwichwrapper. Sighs and walks back to get them for me. Very rude. Won't be back to this location. Read more
i ordered breakfast through the app and went in to pick up the order, when i received my drinks i noticed one was incorrect ..... but the stars only go to the guy that was so kind to correct it on the spot. however it took a while even when i was the onlyone in the lobby. as i leave i notice that my food was also incorrect. which sucks because working in the transportationindustry you?re always on the go and don?t have an option. This used to be my favorite McDonald?s in the area. They messed my order up made me wait 15 minutes for my food brought me cold... fries and then when they brought me my new fries, they again said they messed my order up and accuse me of being asleep whilewaiting, which I would never do that, i was alert and wondering why the person to the left of me got theirs before me when theypulled up after me and I was speaking to the manager directly, so management is TERRIBLE, and she cannot handle managing a crew.Also the way that she talks to her customers is terrible. Higher management needs to get involved and replace the currentmanagement. Read more
