Very good ! I love their honey boom boom sauce that goes with the chicken tenders. It is to die for. That Mac and cheese with... the tenders is amazing too! The burger was good and it tasted like a steak burger. I did not dine in, but got uber delivery. Iwill say the first time I was missing sauce that I paid for, and the second time over half my order was missing due to a mix up,but they made it up by hand delivering for me ! The food was warm and presentation was beautiful. They definitely went above andbeyond to fix the mess up ,since they typically don?t deliver, but I certainly appreciated it. This may be a great place for happy hour drinks and appetizers but not for steak. I am kind of a steak man both in restaurants... (neighborhood steakhouses or high-end) or when preparing at home. I decided to give them a try but I will not try the steakagain. I ordered the steak medium and it looked to be cooked to the proper temp but the displeasure seemed to be geared towardsthe quality of the steak. It seemed as if the cut of beef came from traps on a muscle bound bull, very tuff with a rubberytexture. I would compare it to, if someone tried to cook a brisket in 2 hours at 450 degrees. Well I guess since we are not there to send our order back since we ordered grubhub they think it?s fine to give us just... whatever. Burger was like a slider and the cheese wedges came with all of the cheese out of one and almost all baked out of theothers as well. Rediculous. Read more

The food was great. I got the Louisiana sirloin which was bigger than what I remember and was fantastic. Our waitress seemed... to be a little distracted because she would forget items she went to get but was very apologetic about it. She did not distractfrom our experience. We came in an hour before closing we had hands down the best waitress her name was Ann!! She is the best

The server was not very friendly and appeared to hate her job. A salad that was ordered arrived without dressing and the steak... was undercooked. The advertised drink specials did not cover all cocktails on the menu, however there was nothing that indicatedwhich cocktails were $5 and which ones weren't. Our group of six have not eaten at O'Charley's in awhile, but we were very pleased with the menu options. Our choices were... delicious. I tried the salad with sirloin steak, blue cheese and asparagus. Very tasty and my steak was a perfect medium rare.Our server Brianna was very attentive and pleasant. $4 margaritas!!! This place wasn't bad and had a good environment with good vibes. I ordered the chicken tender meal with with... honey boom boom sauce and loaded mashed potatoes, my wife ordered the tilapia with rice pilaf and asparagus spears. The thing Iwas most impressed about is the kids meals are super hella cheap. My 5 year old and 8 year old had generous portions for 2.99and 3.99.
