I come here pretty regularly to get work done. I may or may not have mental breakdowns pretty regularly as apart of my job. I... love that they play good music and they're always so sweet. I helps me keep going. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Read more

The staff is professional but not necessarily friendly. I sometimes feel like an inconvenience when ordering. They are quick at... serving both dine in and drive through. I enjoy the food here but the prices are just too high to justify the portion sizeseven for a healthier option. I like the Mac n cheese a ton and the soups are good too. The sandwiches have all bean tasty butagain they are small and high priced. Drink choices are nice as they have options you don't always have other places. Therestaurant has always been clean. Normally the bread is good at Panera Bread. I have had over salty bread in Louisville for the half of turna sandwich and soup.... The service at this location sucks. I don't know if it's the new mentality of the young work, but they don't like to help asmuch and like to keep you waiting. This place in the morning also doesn't open on time. Read more

I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and only received two. when I went back to wait for my third sandwich, they explained to me... that they missed it, and I had to wait bc they just put more sausage to cook. I told the guy behind the counter it's ok I'llwait. after a while my girls finished their sandwiches and we were ready to go, so I went back to the counter to wait and themanager was told I've been waiting for a while bc of the sausage, she offered a pastry, but I told her it was ok, I understand, and declined the offer, but I said I'll just take it to go. Once my sandwich was ready, they brought it out to me, againapologizing, and my order was bagged. Almost halfway home from shopping, I decided to eat the sandwich, and noticed they threwin three cookies for the girls and I to make up for the wait. It was a very kind gesture, and working in the food industrymyself, I understand situations like this happens and for them to go above and beyond to correct the problem, was great. Thankyou, for your thoughtfulness and you have a great staff at this location. Read more

Squash soup syrupy sweet, like runny baby food, ugh, the sugar is remaining on my tongue, little squash taste. Not hot... either. ?WHY, oh WHY? Why am I asked to tip during my purchase?? I cleaned my own table, filled my own drink, waited to hear myname hollered, and picked it up. Then I cleaned my table again for next people. Wow. All this as the employees giggle & cacklecontinuously behind their counter. Read more

I really still want to like the E?Town Panera, but it?s really went downhill as of late. The drive thru workers are overly... rush-y and not so nice. And when I got my green tea the other day, it was either old or super watered down. It?s always prettygood. Idk what is happening but something needs to change. Read more

They willingly handed us someone else?s order through drive thru by mistake. I didn?t know this until they called us soon after... we left and not only accused us of ?knowingly? taking someone else?s order but also threatened to involve authorities eventhough it was 100% their mistake. There was already a lot of confusion with the order when we pulled up. They seemedunorganized. I didn?t question getting 2 bags of food because we did order enough food for 4 people. I?ve never in my lifeexperienced anything as crazy as this. Whoever the manager is has lost her mind. Read more

Adding to my review from 10 months ago. After taking off about 6 months, my family started going here again. Orders are still... frequently wrong or poor quality. The last 4 iced coffee I've ordered on the app have had coffee grounds in them (and tasteterrible). Usually I don't check until I'm driving away, but today I looked as I was sitting there waiting for a refund andexchanged it for tea. They had run out of an item I ordered (apparently hours earlier) but the app did not say out of stock. Notsure if that's the restaurant's fault or the app. Two other varieties said out of stock so I ordered the other one... We'refairly new to the area and started coming to this location in Dec/Jan. At first, it was slow but good. Now, it's ridiculouslyslow, and at least the last 6 orders have had something wrong or missing. Apparently pastries are only to be eaten for breakfastor lunch, because anytime I try to order one after 4:30 or 5, all they have left is cookies. This afternoon, I ordered a largeiced coffee, light ice, like I do several times a week. At the window, I was handed a small, which often happens. Sometimes Icorrect them, sometimes I don't. Today I did mention it was supposed to be large. As he's closing the window, he said "I'll putit in a large cup." It was odd how he said it though. He handed it back in a large crammed full of ice. Pretty sure, he dumpedit in a bigger cup and added ice, not coffee. When I scooped out the ice so it wouldn't be watered down, it was half full. Thetime before that, I gave my credit card at the window and waited a long time, when I happened to notice the lady I gave my cardto was in the parking lot talking to someone in the pick up area. Um... strange. Finally, someone else came to the window, handed me a bag, and I had to ask for my card back. I didn't realize until I got home, they had not given me the drink I ordered(for someone else) and one of the sandwiches had peppadew peppers which I had asked to be left off. A Read more
