Just got our pizza delivered and our epic stuff crust was burnt like cooked with the broiler on burnt. Everything elses was... fine. Called to get a replacement and they said they could only credit a regular 1 topping pizza even though we paid for theepic. Wow the standards on companies has really hit bottom. Read more
Delivery takes hrs food arrives cold. Management is very rude! Black hair baked into the cheese and manager called me a liar,... sorry but my hair is blonde. So a month went by, decided to order again, may 16,2022, found another black hair, called andmanager that day day, once again called us liars. We didn't get our bread sticks either. I ordered by phone and the person taking the order had a voice that was garbled like Charlie Brown's adults. It was frustrating... because I don't know if she got my order correct. We'll see at pick-up time. Read more
They make great pizzas, but one could expect as much from the best pizza chain in the US. My only complaint would be they forget... the extra sauces you order from time to time. So make sure to inspect your order before leaving. Good job!!! Read more
