I will not order from them again. I placed an order over the phone a little after eleven and since they don't deliver where I... live I asked them to meet me at a gas station in their delivery range at 1:00. I was still waiting for the pizza an hour later.I called three different times to see if the driver had left and was given different excuses every time. Once the delivery guygot to me he never apologized and had the nerve to ask for a tip. Done with them!!! Read more

Last 3 orders from them I've added extra sauce and not gotten it. Now if they were free I couldn't complain. But they're not and... I'm paying to receive nothing. Last time I ordered I had a BBQ chicken poppers added. And what I got was a set of plain wings.Food is good but orders are always wrong in some way. Read more
We ordered pizza last night and the website glitched and said our pizza wasn?t being prepared over half an hour after placing... the order. We wanted to make sure the order came through, so we called to check if they received it. The woman who answered wasrude to us and said that she was short staffed and the pizza was out for delivery. We apologized that she was short staffed andsaid we understood, and we explained that we were just checking that they got the order. She said that we were the next deliveryand would have our pizza shortly. Over two hours passed with no pizza and now we?re past diner time and haven?t eaten. Wechecked the website and our order was nowhere to be found. Today, we called to get a refund and the person who answered saidour order was voided by the store but their system didn?t state the reason. He asked someone to look at it, and the same womanwho was rude to us last night said she cancelled it because we ?were rude and our order wasn?t worth the driver?s time.? I havenever been this infuriated by a service experience. The least she could have done was tell us she cancelled our order so wedidn?t go without dinner all night. The fact that she said WE were rude is also infuriating - the reason why we didn?t callagain last night and chose to call today is that we didn?t want to make their night harder since they?re already shortstaffed. I really hope this wasn?t a case of racism due to our last name. But that wouldn?t surprise me. Read more
I'm not sure what happened to Papa John's... The business is still there, but the pizza it used to serve just isn't there... anymore. I don't know if things changed after John left, or this location in general underperforms, but pizzas are deliveredundercooked, less flavorful, and strangely cut now. Today was exceptionally chaotic when I ordered my pizza; their computer systems had a major glitch. However, everyone was beyond... helpful and very nice. Crystal was exceptionally calm and sweet, both on the phone and in person. The manager also deservespraise, though I did not catch his name. Side note, the pizza was perfect. Read more
Consistently late (well over an hour) and never follows the additional instructions for your pizza, so don?t bother leaving... any. Cheese on only half the pizza. Very little sauce on the wings. Asked for extra well done. Since they continue to not readnotes, we have to cook it ourselves. This PJ?s is absolutely garbage?. Read more
Most of the time the employees are pretty nice. Occasionally you go in and get the ones who don't pay any attention to you... though. I've had one pretty major issue with the store in general and corporate handled it. The food is always good, that'spretty much the only reason we keep coming back. That and they are the closest pizza place to us. I just wish they delivered tomy house. Read more
