Pure and simple... Customer Service is not a trait at this location! Manager took off and there are 2 people left to run the... shop. My wife asked to have the music (?) turned down and she was told they can't! Really?? Rock and Acid Rock are not exactlythe best music to play for patrons. We have now been waiting over 30 min for our lunch. No one waiting has gotten their food. No sense of urgency from the... employees, two of the three working seem to be on a break. Love Penn Station sandwiches but this is crazy. Read more

The food is always amazing. The lady that was there was rude. We stood and waited like 10 minutes before we got our order taken... which was fine I understand the wait but we did not get a great hello or we will be right with you or anything from anyone onshift. We used to eat here a lot. Prices have gone up quite a bit. We each ordered a hot regular sub and shared an order of fries and a... drink. The fires came out in about 10 minutes. My husband?s sub came well after we had eaten all the fries (maybe 15 minuteslater). He had eaten 3/4 of his sub by the time that they brought mine out. They need to make sure their medium size order of fries for $4.39 price actually looks and is the correct amount for that price.... I have had small size orders with more than that. It was worst than McDonald's cheapskating fry size amount. Sandwiches wherefine over all. Read more

Could use a little more salt. The fries were fresh cut but not crispy they were floppy and soggy. The sandwich on the other hand... was very good. I ordered the Italian off the grill. And it came with onions and cheese and meat. They were out of ham. But theydid replace it with extra salami. Read more

Always good fresh food. Exactly what you would expect at Penn Station. The fresh cut French Fries and lemonade are outstanding.... The service was excellent. The resturant was very clean. It appeared the manager and the staff work just as hard at keeping thefacility clean as they do making the food and serving you. Read more
