So been coming in here quite a bit the last couple months the food and service has been fantastic, till today. Waited 35 minutes... for two chicken finger salads and an order of chicken Alfredo. Got the salads had maybe two small pieces of chicken. Notomatoes No egg. The ranch tasted like water. The Alfredo was cold! The food was consistent with other Rafferty's we've been to. It was good. Our waiter was very polite. Zayer is worth the trip.... Ask for him if you go to eat here. Also the waitress who ran my wife's phone out to us. Thank you. Overall one of the mostcustomer friendly staffs I've seen. Read more

The food is good. They cook a very good steak. The service was just what I wanted, making sure you had what you needed without... being too "attentive". There are TV's that have stuff playing constantly (sports, pop culture programming) I had no issue withit. If you get a booth on the edges you won't be subject to those, and there is no audio (from the programming) in therestaurant. Overall, I had a great experience, and have in the past. Always have great service. I ordered the potato soup, chicken salad and croissants. I got an order of the nutty honey... croissants and only ate one. Got the rest boxed up to take and walked off without them. I went back about an hour later when Irealized what I had done on the off chance they put them aside. They said they sometimes hold them when people do that. Ishowed my receipt and where I was sitting. They came out with my box. Great service and yummy good. Missy never let's our drinks get empty. The fried mushrooms were great. We had the sunshine... chicken salad and the Rafferttys American classic burger, both great. We ordered dinner on 6-23. It was a bit after 6pm. It was not busy. The hostess said "follow me". No Hello, or welcome. Nothing.... We ordered the queso. The chips were chewy and stale. I ordered the prime rib, medium.. The waiter said it came with two sides.I chose a salad and fruit. My meat came somewhere between raw and rare; it was tough. . See the pic and you'll see what I amtalking about. When the waiter looked at my plate he said " is it not raw enough?". I could not believe what he said. He said hecould get them to cook it more. I said no thanks. He still charged me $12.99 for the salad and fruit!. It will be interestingif management responds with the standard insincere "sorry you were not happy" ..or..the true apology " we screwed up". We'llnever go back. Ever. Read more

I just love their bluegrass special chicken sandwich. It hits just right. Great fries & spicy ranch too. I had the California burger when I went there for the first time and it was pretty good. Fiancé had a Bleu cheese salad with... grilled salmon and she said it was amazing. The place itself looks nice on the inside, and they have a lot of tvs. Nice place tosit down and chill with the people you care about and have a good meal. Read more
