Always get good French fries and my favorite drink there. Occasionally I eat a hamburger there too. My fries are always fresh... and hot and delicious, and my drink is made to my order. This place has went downhill big time. I order a medium meal and the fry container is halfway full. They say it?s some in the... bag it was two in the bag. I did let them know and they did give me more fries. But when I got home and Opened the burger upand had like three little pieces of lettuce. The cheese is literally still cold. I placed a mobile order at this Rallys and they accidentally gave me a door dash order and gave door dash my order. I went back... to the drive thru and showed them the receipt for my order. The manager became very hostile and said they made that order andgave it to door dash. She said they couldn't make it again. I was shocked because she was refusing to give me the food I paidfor because they mistakenly gave it to someone else. They also refused to give me a refund. This is the most shocking experienceI've ever had at a fast food restaurant! *edited to add that I spoke with the general manager the next day and he was veryaccommodating.
