From the silent traveler to all of you welcome. So it's been a while since I've been to a Ruby Tuesday's there's one in my... hometown I love going to all the time it's great never let me down. But this one was a little bit of a letdown. The main reasonI go to Ruby Tuesday's is the salad bar they're the only salad bar I know that carries a serious amount of spinach. You can getthe most healthiest leafy greens there. But this salad bar whoa and I mean whoa. Whoever was in charge of maintain the salad barmust have been on a lunch break because that salad bar looked like some kids went through there and just tore everything apartit wasn't kept up it wasn't clean it was stuff everywhere. So I changed my mind I said I'm not going to eat from the salad barI'll just order from the menu. And I ordered the same thing from the menu at every Ruby Tuesday's just so I can see how it'sprepared. Well I'm here to tell you the portion size new no no was so small it was ridiculous. But it is Ruby Tuesday's theymust have just had an off night but I've never seen Ruby Tuesdays like this and you can't say it wasn't busy and you can't saythey didn't have help because I saw five ladies just standing around talking. The manager must have been in the office handlingother things because I'm sure they will not let their ladies their help just standing around talking when there's a lot of stuffto be done. I'm going to leave it at that but be cautious when you go and write your review on what you think could be the staffcould be the timing this was during the night time. Welcoming to single diners. Great old-fashioned made by Erin. Great service by Erin who was bartender and waitress both. I was... in awe, watching her juggle everything, and maintain a smile with both customers and cooks. I loved the zucchini slices, anormally boring veg. I am marking down to 4 stars because the mashed potatoes were cold and the salmon overcooked (but stilltasty.) More staffing would help but a lot of restaurants are struggling. Love the 2-top booths. We stopped at this location for a quick lunch and was appalled to see how dirty the entire restaurant was. The floors by the... salad bar was so slick that my ten-year-old was able to perform moonwalk. Talking about salad bar, it looked like vegetableswere scattered across the buffet. The plates were dirty. Some vegetables and fruit were rotten (picture). My son?s pastaseemed to be pulled out of the freezer and microwaved for 30 seconds. It was cold and dry. Some folks who were smarter than usleft immediately upon seeing the buffet. To add insult to injury we were not at all pleased to see $49/- for two salads/soupsand a bowl of uncooked pasta. Ordered through grubhub. 1 order of loaded tots which I got. 1 order of broccoli I got 3 small peices. My fish was not delivered... nor was the Cole slaw. There was no suace on my wife's burger. The hostess answers the phone and tells me "it's there on thecounter and I can come get it"..I'm not one of these people that blows a lid over 20 dollars especially with people who work ina underpaid and undervalued industry, BUT to have the nerve to tell me to come get it!? My steak was ordered as medium well but came medium rare, then brought back over done. The flavor was not very good. My wife ate... the salmon and thought it was really good seasoned perfect. It was very quiet on a Thursday evening. Salad bar was good. Wellmaintained. The waitress was solid, very nice and attentive but not overly attentive, so you could enjoy your time. Carrot cakewas ok. I had a coffee with Kailua that was a nice finish. Read more
