I just left Sonic. Our meals were COLD. Cold tots are nasty. My mom's corn dog was cold. I ordered half cut tea and was told... they were out of sweet tea. I asked for UNsweet then. A big cup of sickly sweet tea was delivered. I also ordered onion ringswhich were sold out. I only have a problem with the ETOWN Sonic. They are completely clueless. Read more

Got to get help so a non complicated order from door dash can be completed. Order was canceled because a double cheeseburger... meal couldn't be completed. Nothing fancy here. Really frustrating the times we are living in. Miss the good old days whenpeople worked. Read more

I was reminded today of why I quit going to Sonic years ago...and why so many of these joints are closing down. After a... frustrating interchange with the staff over the intercom, we finally had everything correct on the screen and paid via card atour stall. Then we WAITED and WAITED, watching the drive-through line slowly move along while we continued to wait. After nearly30 MINUTES, we clicked the button to ask where our food was and they seemed confused about who we were and what our order was.After another 5 minutes, we received our food, unsurprisingly luke-warm burgers and tepid, floppy fries. This is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant that I have EVER been too in my 27 years of life in this town. The employees... are EXTREMELY RUDE. I have no idea who owns this franchise in Elizabethtown, but you might consider just calling it quit andshutting the doors on this location. At least fire all of your employee?s that you currently have. I have never gone here andnot waited at least 30 minutes. I would literally never recommend this place just based off the customer service and theslowness. Read more
I sat there in the booth for at least 15 minutes waiting on my food after ordering while the drive thru just came and went. The... woman came out and had to ask me if she had even taken my order cause I guess they just forgot I was even there. They finallybring out my food but forgot the sauce I?d asked for. I live just 5 minutes down the road and I still had to microwave myburritos cause they got cold. They probably just let them sit there while I was waiting in the booth. Then the cherry on top ofthe cake was when I dumped out my tater tot?s on the plate. There was literally A HAIR in them. One that was way too short to bemy own. I ordered at 5:15.... a corn dog, water, mini shake. No one came out.... 5:45 I pressed button asked where order is and they... hadn't even put order in. No one said sorry or anything. I understand you're short staffed but the least you could do isapologize and be courteous. Read more
