very friendly and amazing people. someone gave me a gift card so of course I had to go. it was the first time I had been there... and felt very out of place. they were patient and helped me figure out what I was trying to order. we laughed and joked.afterwards i went and sat in the chairs and lounged a bit. the second time I went it was the same way. both times they were verybusy but I didn't have to wait that long. also both drinks I got on the 2 separate occasions were both delicious. This store is so inefficient. I ordered a hot drip coffee in the store. Instead the person who rang me up to literally turn... around and fill the cup with coffee, I had to wait for the baristas who were busy making espresso drinks to get my coffee.Ridiculous. Also, the design of the store makes for a very loud environment and the baristas singing loudly over the musicdidn?t help. Not a pleasant experience and I will not be back to this location. Read more

Good heavens.. We just spent 1 hour in the drive through.. Nope, not kidding.. I wanted to see how long it would take. When we... finally got to the window they ran out of the muffins we ordered.. So I got our drinks and drove off, they forgot the straws..???? I go back in the store and see 4 people working the counter and one walking out after her shift. No urgency or thoughtthey might be behind .. Staff up or close this place for crying out loud. Read more
If a customer orders a hot drink with whipped cream and drizzle on top if you all are crowded and can?t get it out the window in... a timely manner then you shouldn?t put the whipped cream and caramel on it until it?s ready to hand out the window so it doesn?tsink into the drink before the customer can enjoy the topping. I stopped myself from writing the review a few times but ithappens far too often and for almost $7 for a cup of coffee I should receive it correctly. Read more
They need to have someone helping the person on the drive threw orders. 3 cars were in front of us, and it took 30 minutes for... us to get our strawberry frappuccino, and medium coffee. When we got to the window he told us he would be right back and he hadto make. Any other business would of had them ready by the time we got to the window. Read more
Honestly the best Starbucks I have been to (and I travel often)! The workers are some of the sweetest people, each time I?ve... been in there they make sure to address me by name and remember my favorites. It makes such a difference to walk into a warm,clean, and pleasant environment. If I could give them a thousand stars I would!!!!! Read more
