Ordered 3 footlong sub clubs toasted. Asked for extra lettuce on one but got extra mayo instead so it was extremely messy. Meat... was placed on top bun instead of bottom bun so the lettuce tomatoes onions mayo and vinegar+oil made the bottom bun soggy andmushy. The toppings fell out dripping with mayo and the bun just fell apart. Got all the way home with it and was furious ???????? I paid alot of money for three footloose that were made upside down and soaked with mayo which made toasting them moot!!!They were sloppy and made xompletely wrong! Read more

I will not go to this subway or the one out by Lincoln parkway because of prior issues I had with the franchise district and... regional managers for them a long time back . I boycott them here in Elizabethtown KY because of this! I go to others outsideof Elizabethtown and I get better treatment for what I want on My sandwiches and they honor what I want on them . MAYBE THEFRANCHISE DISTRICT AND REGIONAL MANAGERS NEED TO TAKE AND LEARN ABOUT TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT JUST WANTING TO LINE THEIRPOCKETS WITH MONEY PROFITS!! AVOID THE SUBWAYS OVER AT WAL-MART AND OVER NEAR LINCOLN PARKWAY!! Read more

By far the worst subway I've been to. The manager likes to rip people off. Barely gave me any meat on my sandwiches charged me... extra for bacon on a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and barely had any cheese on it. Basically I paid $30 for burnt bread causethey toasted it too long. I won't waste my money here again. Read more

Incredibly unprofessional staff. When I was 15 I worked at a subway for one year and I gotta say; my 15 year old self had more... customer service skills that the whole staff combined. From the moment I walked into this building to be walking out tookaround 30 minutes and there was no one is line before me. The manager looked at me and said someone would be right with me and Iwaited for around 10 minutes. The guy who made my sub made it so incredibly slow I honestly thought he was just messing with me.I had to repeat what ingredients I wanted every time he took a painfully slow time placing the last veggie on my sandwich. As Imentioned I worked at a subway when I was 15 and I can remember what they asked for so again? maybe he was just trying to get arise out of me but still; incredibly bad customer service. As I waited for my forever sandwich to be done the drive thrusandwich maker made around 6 subs I think. Then there was the manager and another younger lady and their cigaretteconversation. During the 20 minutes it took for slow guy to make my sandwich these two went on and on and on about going outsideto enjoy a cigarette. At one point the young lady looked at me jokingly and said, ?Do not judge me sir!? Honestly?. What isgoing on here?! Lol. This is definitely a management problem and I suggest to the owners to seek an actual mature person to runthis subway. Definitely will never step foot in this building again. Read more

After waiting for about 15 minutes to even get our order in when we were the only ones in the drive thru, there was no customers... inside and this is what I am served. Some kind of sloppy concoction and she didn?t even ask me what egg I wanted. If you aregoing to make us wait forever at least make the food presentable. It isn?t that hard to make a sandwich well.
