I would give one but, in the end, they do give an edible sandwich. HOWEVER, the quality has gone down in the past year. Picture... in the "photos" tab. That was a chicken bacon ranch on wheat. That is exactly how it looked unwrapped. Their sandwiches arealways smashed like someone sat on it. My experiences have been all drive thru. Also the "panini" style sandwiches shown onsubways restaurant website (even for my location) don't matter here. I verbally ordered one in drive thru one day. and the nextday via website. They were just on regular style, non pressed bread, and not extra cheese. Not to mention they have even lessveggies than before. Goodbye cucumber. But then $4 for mozzarella?? And please make a "soup of the day" menu. I want soup butit's a gamble every time I go. I get 30 min for lunch. Once I pick subway that day, theres no going back whether I like the dayssoup or not. Fyi, no I don't want broccoli cheddar. Your chili is the best. TLdr: smashed sandwiches, overpriced cheese, lessveggies, overpowering condiments (that aioli brought tears to me eyes), no panini despite being advertised, inconsistant soupdays. Read more

Since when did Subway think it was okay to start asking for a tip? I fully agree to tipping when at a sit down restaurant or... even ordering takeout. But not at Subway. Maybe if the service was better and the portions were bigger I might feel inclined totip at a Subway but with the amount of meat they put on a sandwich I already feel like I'm getting robbed, so yeah nor going tobe tipping at a Subway any time soon. Sorry, not sorry. Read more

Staff was great. Awkwardly, we had a hard time hearing one another because of our facemasks. Dine in without covid vaccine are... still required to wear masks. Read more

Satisfied with our late lunch. Prices were high, even with coupons, but we knew they probably would be. Restaurant was clean;... ladies? bathroom was clean. Read more

First time here. There were some items that this subway no longer serves. Such as cucumber and chicken breast... according to... manager, it's for all subways. The gentleman who started my sandwich did not change his gloves after counting cash. I asked himto change his gloves and he said to me, "if you want me to, I can change it". In the subway in Ohio, all staff wash their handsbefore putting a food glove on, but here is not so....I question this place about sanitation. I requested a clean knife to cutthe sandwich because my son has egg allergies. He was trying to clean the dirty knife in a dirty bucket of water and then triedto scrape off the sauce that was stuck on the knife. I requested again to use a clean knife. Both times, the manager had tojump in to get a clean knife and make this guy change his gloves. Please be extra cautious when coming here to eat. Read more

The sandwiches were sloppy and so soaked with sauce the wrapping was falling apart.

All depends on who's making the sandwich I guess. There's a couple ladies and a couple guys there that are awesome. And there's... some younger ones that don't care I guess. You'll get a better sandwich if you go in and order. (Edited: some things don'tchange I suppose. Gave the place a break for several months, if you order a foot long pro at the drive thru you won't get a ftlong pro, they'll just give you a regular foot long sub and charge you high price for it. Better off to go in and watch themmake it.) Read more

Although the employees were super nice and polite. Not one of them knew literally anything about working at subway. It's like I... had walked into orientation, with no teacher. Unorganized chickens with their heads cut off. I almost felt bad continuing myorder for my one 3 ingredient sub. Read more
