Usually friendly. Not today. Passed my sandwich without saying thank you. Very little meat in my outlaw sandwich which I thought... that was the benefit of the new menu. Disappointed. Read more
We stopped by at 9 o'clock this morning to order 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 lunch sandwiches..... 20 minutes later and 4... pounds of Mayonnaise.... we have our food. Extremely disorganized, and the manager was less than friendly. He honestly seemedirritated that he had to make sandwiches instead of whatever he was doing on his phone. He was also disrespectful to hiscoworkers. One of them was brand new she was super sweet but he basically let her flounder on her own instead of actuallytraining her. And let's talk about the new menu and pricing..... $15 for a foot long sub whatever happened to $5 foot long???? If I'm gonna pay for a gourmet sandwich maybe I should get gourmet treatment. Subway has been great over the years but at thispoint I think I'm better off with peanut butter and jelly from the house. Read more
My mother bought my fiance and I Subway as we're both suffering through Covid and can't go out ourselves. It was near closing... time so she went through the Drive-Thru for two sandwiches and a salad. She didn't look a the orders before dropping them off atour door, so we were the first to find that they decided to drown the salad in ranch? Not sure what macaroni salad they tookinspiration from, but my fiance couldn't finish it and it made him more nauseous. For me, the chicken on my sandwich was crunchyand gristley... My mother was mortified to hear about it over the phone from us after drop-off, but Subway already closed forthe night so not much can be done. I usually use this location, but oh lord tonight's service was a turn-off. Read more
Asked for spinach wrap and was told they were out of them. Cashier at drive-thru suggested the tomato basil wrap. I asked if it... came in a footlong (since the wrap only showed calories for one size) and was told it only came in footlong size. I ordered abacon, egg, and cheese footlong (for breakfast & lunch) and when it was handed thru the window you could immediately tell it wasnot a footlong sandwich. I again asked the cashier to confirm it was a footlong and she stated again that the wraps only come infootlong. I paid the $9.39 and drove home. Upon taking the wrap from the bag I was VERY disappointed when I realized it was nowhere near a footlong sandwich...barely over 6 inches! (SEE PICS). Please be forewarned that if you are ordering a footlongwrap and expecting it to be anywhere near the size of a regular footlong you will be sadly disappointed! Read more
Amazing Subway! Such a good experience with this location. Happened to be driving through on a trip from Florida to Michigan,... wanted some Subway so stopped here off I-65. Just so happened to be the afternoon they had a Santa in-restaurant for the kids.Very festive, whole store was decked out in Christmas decor, was an amazing atmosphere.
