Ordered 2 steak and cheese sandwiches online over 3 hours before picking them up. I received an email that my subs were almost... ready. I come inside to find out the steak is frozen and they never made my subs. They want to make me something different butI am in a hurry (this being the reason I ordered ahead of time with specific pick up time) so I just ask for a refund. Theytell me they can't refund me at the store and I have to to in on the app or call the 1-800 #. Can't find a way on the app so Icall customer care. It's all automated now, you can't speak to someone. A District Manager emails me (Jamie Henley) and actslike he is trying to help but then ignores me everytime I email him back. Subway basically has no way of refunding your moneynow. They just want to make you a new sub. I'll never step foot in a Subway again, just want my money back. Read more
Worst Subway experience I have ever had. Ordered our food through the drive thru. The lady on the other end seemed to lack... experience and on top of that the communication sounded rough. We got a Subway melt that wasn't melted. The Bacon was evencooked. Philly was the same. They were not heated or toasted at all. I have very few negative reviews but this one waswarranted. Ordered the 12-in sub was only charged for a 6-in sub. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I asked for extra olives and the... young man smiled and told me he put 50 olives on there for me. He was very friendly. Read more
Poor management. Two workers only during lunch rush, with one needing to handle drive through on their own. Staff more people,... if there's a short staffing problem, pay your workers more and treat them better so you have workers to schedule. Read more
The staff was super friendly. Grabbed a bite to eat while I charged the Tesla in their parking lot (earned a star for having... charging capabilities on site). The restaurant was slow, so went through drive thru as I was the only car in line. I asked for a meatball marinara not toasted,... and the woman said she was gonna heat my meatballs as they weren't hot enough and I didn't want my bread toasted. I thanked herand then she once she said they were hot she asked for my veggies and anything else. I asked for light spinach, olives, onionsand pickles. I also asked for mayo and she laughed for it being weird ( which is okay because it's weird). I drove to the windowand another woman asked what I ordered. So I had to tell her. Before handing me my food, they verified to see if my chips werecorrect, but they weren't. I got home and there is only meatballs and cheese on the bread, which had been toasted! **Update** I just came back thru and the you g man in drive thru was so great! Thank you all for fixing my order and being so... friendly and fast. The young lady in the drive-through was very friendly and nice she was genuine and that is a rare quality tocome by. Unfortunately I hate to say that they got my order wrong and missed an integral part of my order. so I have to go backand get that fixed, but they were really good about fixing it. They also have a Tesla supercharger station there with about 10days in it so that's great and convenient for those who own Tesla's that are either passing through or away from where theyregularly charge their Tesla's at.
