Fast service but food made sloppy
They got my order all wrong. And I asked the girl if they made sure they had hot sauce with my order, she got smart and said it... was in the box. I pulled off (my mistake) and there wasn?t any hot sauce. And of course there is a long line there after I hadpulled off. And of course the doors was locked. The cashier Jordan there is very rude. First and last time at this location! Paid for chicken to be added with beef and my nacho bell grande was sick looking! I told... them that and manager tried to say it was right... like how? If I'm paying for it I want it made right! I was inside watchingand corrected them on sight but somehow I'm the one in the wrong. I paid for onions,avocado ranch and chicken to be added to itand I promise you it was like 5 small chicken chunks!! Waited in line for 45 min to get up to the intercom to place my order and was informed that they are closing for the night, due... to being short staffed. Mind you none of the workers came out to the drive thru line to announce this information. Read more
Delivery: It's hit and miss here. Some days lobby will be closed and you have to sit in drive thru for a half hour waiting on... your order. Sometimes you can go into the lobby. Even when you can get into the lobby you're still going to be waiting atminimum 10 minutes for a doordash/ubereats order. When us "gig" workers don't get paid by the minute or hour, it's veryfrustrating places like this has put us on the back burner and make sure their drive thru ratings stay as good as possible. Wewere a staple in helping keep places open and customers stomach fed but now these places can care less about us. Dining: Thefood is mediocre at best. It's OK when all other places are busy and backed up with a TB close by. They are in such a hurry tofinish orders even though it still takes forever and a day to get order, that they just throw tacos and what not together. Allthe tomatoes are always in one little spot, the sour cream is ALWAY just shot in a glob at the end of a taco. I mean it takesthe same amount of time to spread the ingredients from side to side as it does to throw it on the taco. I've never had beefanywhere else as the beef they serve here. It's like they put it in a blender and blend to a pulp. I can't even say it tastelike beef as there's always very little of it and it's over powered by the sauce its in. Read more
