Great and fast service. Food was good and correct. We had a big order and everything was prepared quickly and right.
I got a loaded omlet biscuit and my fiance got a country steak biscuit. Both biscuits was hard as a brick my egg was crunchy... (yeah I said crunchy? It was all around horrible we throwed it away so needless to say we won't be back. Read more
I rarely post negative ratings, but this Hardee's really needs to quit microwaving old breakfast sandwiches because it makes... them tough and scaldingly hot to eat with the melted cheeses. I got a Frisco Breakfast sandwich the other day this way and wroteit off as a one time thing until today when my husband and I got a Frisco Sandwich again and a sausage biscuit, and they werethe same way. Some of the staff is nice when I have come though I don't go to this location often, but the food quality doesneed to improve. Though not in Elizabethtown, I go to the Hardee's in Maco fairly regularly, and theirs are never this way. Read more
I had very pleasant experiences here several months ago and that has changed. I'm not sure if it's management, or what the issue... or excuse is but the last several times I have been the food is either cold, hard, undercooked, or we have an extended wait suchas (15+) minutes for a biscuit combo? I really wish this place would return to the expectations that it once set. For now, Iwill avoid this establishment until I hear different as 3 strikes was gracious enough and there have been many more problemssince. SMH... Read more
Waiting behind one customer being served then cashier walked away so I had a little wait before being acknowledged. Perhaps I... caught them at shift change? Cashier who took my order was pleasant and the food was fresh. Actually had to buy a secondhotdogs for the little one with me. Cleaning table I was told to leave it and they would take care of it since I had a toddlerto manage. Yes I recommend and will revisit. Read more
